Clip Out Binary Numbers

The Clip Out Numbers program can be used to teach children the Universal Code (Canada Binary) of Larry Brasseur.  The student is to clip out each part of the King Figure (the symbol that represents all bits as 1) until it contains only the parts that correspond to the current number's 1 bits.  It also teaches how to spell the numbers' English or French name in Canada Binary.  You may read more Larry Brasseur's Canada Binary code at http://webhome.idirect.com/~gemstone/universl.html.  The teaching program seen below was constructed by Bradley Tetzlaff.  All of the ideas and designs were developed by Larry Brasseur.
