The Curiosity Keyboard

The Curiosity Keyboard was designed by Larry Brasseur. He designed it as a teaching tool for young children or as an interesting object  with which a gorilla could examine. When a glowing button is pressed, part of the alphabet code is entered.  When another glowing button is pressed, then the alphabet letter that matches with the code is displayed. The ultimate goal is to observe the sounds, colors, and actions to learn of the layout of the keyboard.  It can also be fun to decipher the alphabet code.  You may read more Larry Brasseur's Curiosity Keyboard at http://webhome.idirect.com/~gemstone/curious.html.  The prototype seen below was constructed by Bradley Tetzlaff.
